Dr Sarah Dantas-Holmes DVM MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Something of a global citizen, Sarah holds both British and Portuguese nationality and spent her childhood in Malaysian Borneo and South Buckinghamshire before attending the University of Porto in Portugal, graduating in March 2010. Sarah returned to the UK immediately after graduation and has gained extensive experience in a variety of first opinion practices here since.

Sarah enjoys all facets of being a vet and is particularly passionate about remedial surgery. A very cheerful and motivated soul, she is looking forward to increasing her experience in ultrasonography under the guidance of our senior vets Guy and Ellie and specialist ultrasonographer Bernard Walsh, who visits us once a month.

Currently petless, Sarah sadly had to rehome Kuka, her lovely Doberman/German Shepard cross rescue dog in Portugal before heading back to the UK. Given that she has recently purchased her first home with partner Dave, we suspect it may not be long before another furry friend strolls on in to Sarah's life.

Sarah likes to keep fit and enjoys a wide range of activities such as climbing, snowboarding, tennis, cycling and yoga.
